There is a project to set up a rehabilitation, recuperation and invigoration center in the Zashirye district hospital.

Today the hospital boasts sophisticated equipment. There are 20 beds there, although there can be up to 50 beds if necessary.

The hospital has a hydropathic center (baths, underwater shower-massage, circular douche, douche of Charcot), physiotherapy cabinet, electrocardiogram cabinet, and a laboratory. The hospital is equipped with a boiler-room, laundry, a storehouse for vegetables and garages. In the future the hospital administration hopes to open a phyto-bar and a sports gym.

Bearing in mind the location of the future hospital, – a pine forest – the new medical facility designed for both Yelsk residents and citizens form other regions is very welcome.
